Park Model Slips starting at $525, month-to-month  
We have many different slips to choose from and prices range with each slip. We would love to give you a tour of our park and help you pick the perfect slip for you!

Policies

 

​Things to know...

 

  • All sites can hold up to at least 50 Foot / 5 slide outs

  • 2 vehicles per site, additional storage is available 

  • All sites are full hook-up with water, sewer and 30/50-amp electric.

  • Propane is located next door (Propane Plus)

  • Rates include 2 adults per RV. Only one occupied RV per site. *

  • Additional $50.00 per month for third person 

  • No Tents 

  • Contained fires only

Payment 

​

  • There is a $150.00 security deposit that will apply to any late charges/electric bill, when departing

  • All payments due on the 1st of each month.

  • $30.00 late charge on the 5th - additional $10.00 per day thereafter

  • Drivers License must be presented at the time of executing the service agreement

  • When departing the park you MUST check out at the front office/after hours see park host 

  • You must depart on the 1st or pay for another month​

 Reservation Policies

​

  • 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled 

  • We do not issue refunds for early departures

  • We charge a $35.00 returned check fee

  • Annual, monthly rates are based on full payment in advance.

  • We do not allow split rent payments
